Office Admin
Bangkok · Full-time · On-site
You'll run the day-to-day at Greenstead HQ — bookkeeping support, invoicing, vendor coordination, founder calendar and inbox, and HR coordination as the team grows. You'll touch every portfolio brand: Super Leaf, Flippie, Sarapab, Booyah!, and Atlas.
What you'll do
- Manage office operations and supplier relationships
- Bookkeeping support: invoices in and out, expense tracking, vendor payments
- Calendar, inbox, and travel coordination for founders
- HR coordination as we hire more people
- Light cross-brand coordination across the portfolio
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in office admin or operations
- Fluent Thai · functional English
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic accounting tools (Loyverse a plus)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and good at working in a small team without much hand-holding

Content Creator
Bangkok · Full-time · Hybrid possible
You'll produce content for Greenstead's portfolio brands — especially Sarapab (Thai anonymous confessions media), with crossover to Super Leaf and Flippie. You own the editorial calendar, shoot, edit, and publish.
What you'll do
- Plan and produce daily and weekly content for Sarapab (Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8)
- Crossover content for Super Leaf (household products) and Flippie (D2C memory product)
- Shoot, edit, publish — full production cycle, mostly mobile-first
- Track what works and iterate the calendar accordingly
- Collaborate with the founders on brand voice and storytelling
What we're looking for
- 2+ years creating content for Thai social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Lemon8)
- Native Thai · functional English
- Comfortable shooting on phone, editing in CapCut / Adobe Express / similar
- Sensitivity to mental-health-adjacent content (Sarapab's community guidelines)
- Bonus: video editing chops, Thai copywriting, prior Lemon8 experience
